Whilst we hope one day to return to face-to-face training, we are very excited to launch our new online training programme.
COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the sector and the way we work. Alongside the challenges of keeping staff and clients safe, the pandemic has brought about considerable change to the way we support and communicate with our clients, and each other. Training will play a crucial role in building a confident and resilient workforce during this time; equipping organisations with essential skills and knowledge and ensuring that services can provide safe and effective support.
We have been working hard to make the transition to digital training in a way that is meaningful and engaging, as well as being respectful of the sensitive content of our courses. We aim to provide the same quality standards that BHT Training is known for and as such, we have limited the number of participants on our online courses to allow for a more personal and interactive experience.
All of our courses have been updated to reflect the current climate. We have also introduced some relevant new additions, such as ‘Managing Teams Remotely’ and ‘Facilitating Online Groups’ to help you navigate new ways of working.
Ensuring that training is inclusive and accessible to everyone lies at the heart of what we do. One benefit of switching to online training is that our courses are now available to people all over the country. We believe this will provide an even more enriching learning experience as we collaborate, share experiences and learn from each other.
