This 1-day course will support you to recognise the principles and patterns of trauma.  Using a strengths-based structured framework, we will also consider ways to adapt practice, in order to support recovery, avoid re-triggering, and promote resilience.

Using a client-centred and intersectional approach, the course will explore equality, diversity, and inclusion in the context of supporting clients with multiple and complex needs. This training goes beyond legislation, to explore how you and your organisation can deliver inclusive services.

This one-day course provides an introduction to identifying the status of clients’ housing arrangements in the private and public rented sectors and will help participants identify associated rights for them to remain in properties if landlords seek possession.
