Coaching is increasingly regarded as a powerful management tool; it is goal-orientated, focused on improving performance and encourages personal development and reflective practice.
Coaching can also help deal with performance issues and workplace challenges before they become major problems.
The benefits of coaching include: ‘improved individual and team performance, improved communication, higher productivity; greater clarity about goals and objectives; increased creativity and enhanced staff engagement’ (CIPD, 2014).
BHT’s Coaching Skills for Managers course will explore how coaching skills can be applied in your day-to-day management practice as well as considering how organisations can move towards a ‘coaching culture’.
Graeme Borrill is an ILM Level 7 accredited leadership mentor and executive coach.
Please note that this course will be taking place at a Brighton training venue, adhering to Covid safety measures. We ask that you are able to commit to both dates if booking.

The trainer was absolutely fantastic. It was a really collaborative and engaging experience with a good balance of practical and theoretical.
This course is also available in-house. Prices start from £1,200 for up to 14 people to be delivered either at a venue, or online. This can be a cost-effective way of training staff and can be tailored to best meet the needs of your organisation.
