- create a safe and trusting environment for group work
- apply strategies to effectively manage difficult situations, including conflict
- understand the benefits and limitations of co-facilitation
Who should attend?
Suitable for anyone wishing to develop their understanding of group work.
This course will be delivered over 2 days on 30 & 31 May 2023.
Attendance on both days is required. This online course will not be recorded.
The courses’ approach of theory, alongside practical exercises was brilliantly effective. The approaches to handling group dynamics through motivational interviewing techniques was invaluable and so helpful for my role.
This course is also available in-house, and prices start from £1,380 for up to 14 people. This can be a cost-effective way of training staff and can be tailored to best meet the needs of your organisation.
