This new 1-day course will provide a comprehensive overview of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE).
The course aims to equip managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create and sustain supportive environments, effectively supervise staff, collaborate within teams, and demonstrate PIE principles in their services. By understanding PIE, managers can enhance service quality, support staff development, and promote positive outcomes for clients and tenants.
This course will support you to:
