Rachel specialises in delivering training for young people’s services, in particular conflict resolution, working with challenging behaviour, complex needs, and young people in gangs.
She is a qualified teacher and restorative justice practitioner and has project managed youth alternate sector programmes for over ten years. Rachel has delivered extensive training to services, including, The Home Office, the MET police, prison services, LEAP, MIND and Safety Net.
