Rachel Holliday is a freelance trainer with over 20 years’ experience of delivering training and a background in adult social care.
Rachel has worked as a front line worker in rough sleeper and homeless hostel services as well as managing and overseeing various new and existing housing projects and support services.
For the past 10 years, she has focused on delivering training in a variety of subjects such as Mental Health Awareness, Dealing with Conflict & Aggression, Presentation Skills, Supervision Skills and Customer Care. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid trainer.
